Hello! The team of (formerly) Scorpion Branding has very exciting news to share with you! We will be operating under a NEW NAME/BRAND effective immediately. Our company and all subsidiaries will now be operating under the name Stingray Branding LLC. There will not be any change in price, services, quality (except always getting better), or any other aspect of our company due to the change. As Scorpion Branding becomes Stingray Branding, we believe this will serve our clients better than ever before!
Why the change?
Simple, when looking at trademark possibilities and other companies with the name Scorpion we have come to realize there is another company operating in California with the Trademarks for the word Scorpion. In our pursuit to trademark our company and ensure we are developing our own national brand, we have changed to Stingray Branding LLC so that we can move forward in this process. We highly recommend if you have not researched your company in this capacity you call Jocelyn Bolling of Bolling Law Office and pay her the small fee to ensure your company is not already trademarked.
Same great people, Even Better Brand
Because of the awesome name change we have a much cooler logo that seems to appeal to people much better. We have a cooler name that also was received very well when test marketed. Our name is regionally recognizable and has great brand recognition with the change over while allowing us to still market outside of this area using a name that creates intrigue by potential customers.
