New Client Onboarding
Our Stingray Branding team strives to make the process of getting to work with our team as easy as possible. We try to handle every phase of our client’s marketing and design needs to simplify your life and help you remain focused on your business. To do so, we have to ensure we understand your business, your products, your services, and your story.
The process to get started is:
Meet With Our Team
Share your dreams, ideas, frustrations, and marketing overview with a member of our team. We will take that information, review your marketing, and send a proposal for your new project. Within that meeting (phone, video, or in-person), we start the groundwork for a lifetime relationship.
Accept Your Proposal & Contract
After you receive the proposal, select your preferred options and click accept. We’ll send over your agreement, invoice, and onboarding questionnaire to get things started. You’ll want to book your onboarding meeting as soon as possible so that we can begin work on your project.
Attend Your Onboarding Meeting
You’ll meet with our creative marketing professionals to tell us your story, your vision, and your goals. Our team members are subject matter experts in numerous areas that will help guide you through what we need and how we will help you with your specific goals.
Provide Passwords, Photos, & Info
Through our onboarding system, you’ll provide your contact information, passwords, photos, logos, marketing files, and an overview of your marketing plans. We utilize all of this to be able to move smoothly through your project with minimal interruptions to your life.
