First: Let’s Meet in Charleston
The first step in any creative process, and especially this one, is to meet. Our Graphic Designer, our Office Manager, and you meet in person or virtually so that we can get to know you. We want to learn about how you came up with your Charleston business or project, what makes you different, who you are marketing to, your design preferences, where you will use your logo, and more. Once we understand everything there is to know about you, we move on to the second step.
Second: Create the Logo Concepts
Next, our Graphic Designer takes all of the information you provided to us and begins researching your Charleston customers and competitors. We have to understand your customer’s preferences and know what your competitors are doing. This information ensures that we create a logo that will connect with your target audience throughout the Lowcountry.
1. We create 4-6 concepts for your logo that we send over for you to review and provide feedback about. Once you have looked over them, you’ll pick your favorite 2-3 designs, provide feedback, and we will go back to work.
2. Once we’ve made the changes you requested, we will send 1-2 designs to choose your final design from.
3. We’ll take your feedback on them and create the final version of your logo and send it back to you for final approval.
Last: The Final Logo Product
After we get your final approval for the logo that you LOVE, it’s time. to finalize your design and prepare you to use it. We finalize your logo in every file format you can need. We provide you with a full-color, black, & white version of the logo. We also save it in JPG, PNG, EPS, AI, and PDF versions so you always have a file for your printer, sign company, or any other marketing you make.

It’s really important you know the colors, fonts, and variations used in your logo. We put all of this information into an easy-to-follow document for you to be able to quickly reference and send to anyone that is going to use your logo so they use the exact colors, fonts, and only the approved variations for your logo to ensure you keep a consistent brand image.
