We recently created a website for Charleston area full service, independent insurance agency Abri Insurance. For their home page, we highlighted the reasons customers should choose an independent insurance agency over a captive agency. Including things like the wide range of choices for coverage these agents can offer and the relationships they want to build with their customers.
The website’s About page covers their company history. It talks about how the agency was started by two agents in 2014. They started the agency because they were tired of only having one option for home and auto insurance to offer their clients. The page also cover’s the agent’s biographies.
The Product’s page details all the types of insurance they offer such as Home, Automotive, Flood, Worker’s Comp and more, with a small description of each so clients can learn more about them.
Also, included on the site are two significant pages for customers. The Request a Quote and File a Claim pages, both of which make it easy for clients to access Abri Insurance’s services. The Request a Quote page allows potential customers easily receive a quote via a form we’ve created for the site.
While the File a Claim page gives current customers access to the different carriers that Abri Insurance works as well as their phone numbers and links to their websites all in one place.
In addition, the site has a Testimonials page where client reviews of Abri Insurance’s service are posted.
In conclusion, we created a contact page so if clients had any further questions they could easily contact them. They cover a multitude of insurance services at Abri Insurance, therefore if you have anything you think may need covering check out their website below.
